At Wero, we believe everyone should be able to access and enjoy our services, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use. That’s why we’re committed to making both our mobile app and public website as accessible as possible, in line with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and Council. This statement applies to:
- The Wero mobile app (iOS and Android);
- The Wero public website.
Where we stand
Our platforms have been audited by Ferpection using the RAAM 1.1 and RAWeb 1 standards. Currently we meet 27% of the RAAM criteria, and we do not yet meet the requirements for WCAG 2.1 AA level.
What we’re doing
We are actively working toward full compliance with both WCAG A and AA levels to meet the European accessibility directive. We’re continuously testing, learning, and updating our app, website and other platforms to remove barriers and create a more inclusive experience for everyone.
