What information do I need to set up Wero?

To set up Wero in the Wero app, just follow the instructions on the screen. Once you have selected your bank, you will be redirected to your banking app to choose the account you want to add to Wero. Your bank will prompt you to authorise this request, after which you will be redirected back to the Wero app to finish setting up your account. You'll be asked for a phone number or email address to link to your account. 

 

If you are using Wero within your bank's own banking app, please reach out to your bank directly to inquire how to activate your account with Wero. 

 

Please note Wero will never ask you to provide any personal details like your IBAN.
