First, click here to see if your bank supports Wero https://start.weropay.eu/. If your bank supports Wero within their own banking app, contact your bank to learn how to set up Wero.
If your bank is supported via the Wero app, you may download it on the App Store or on the Play Store.
To be able to pay with Wero in the app, you need to have verified your phone number, added at least one bank account, and set up fingerprint or face recognition.
As part of our onboarding process, we perform a routine screening of new accounts. This may sometimes cause your account to be restricted until this screening is completed.
Please note that some devices running Android 10 and older will require biometrics to set up and/or access your account.
