How do I allow Wero access to my contacts?

To allow Wero to access your phone's contact list, first go to your phone's settings. Find the Wero app and you will be able to allow access to your contacts. 
 
If you are using Wero on a device running iOS 18 or later, you can allow the app partial access your contacts. Hers's how to do it.
  •  Open the Settings app.
  • Scroll down and tap 'Privacy & Security'.
  • Tap 'Contacts'. You will then see a list of all apps that have requested access to your contacts.
  • Select the app you use with Wero.
  • Turn the switch to ‘On’ (green) to allow the app full access to your contacts.
  • Turn the switch to ‘Off’ (white/grey) to deny the app access to your contacts.
     
On newer iOS versions you can select ‘Limited Access’ and then tap ‘Edit Selected Contacts’ to select specific people the app can access.
 
Note: If an app is not listed under ‘Settings’ > ‘Privacy & Security’ > ‘Contacts’, this means that the app has not yet requested access to your contacts. The app will ask you to grant permission the first time it attempts to access your contacts.
 
Can't find your contacts? Make sure you and your contacts have added your phone numbers to Wero. To do this, tap 'Accounts', select your account using the arrow in the top right corner, and tap the three dots. You can then add or delete a phone number.
