You can unlock the Wero app using the same method you use to unlock your phone: PIN code, password, fingerprint, pattern or facial recognition.
If you want to change how you unlock the Wero app, you’ll need to update your device’s unlock method in your phone’s settings. Keep in mind that doing this will require you to re-enroll your bank account with Wero to verify the new unlock method.
Note: Some devices running Android 10 or earlier require biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) to access Wero.
