My phone was lost or stolen. What should I do?

If you are using Wero in the Wero app, you may use the chat function on the FAQ website by clicking on the chat icon on the bottom right corner.

Alternatively, you may open your Wero app, click on Settings and I need support. Then type in "My Wero has been hacked" and follow the steps in the chat.

 

If you are using Wero in your banking app, please contact your bank to block your Wero account.
