How do I spot a fake, fraudulent, or phishing Wero email or website?

If you are using Wero with the Wero app:

Wero will not send you an email or contact you over the phone to request details of your account or your bank credentials. If you receive a fraudulent email or message impersonating Wero, please reach out to Wero support via the app’s settings.

 

If you are using Wero with your bank app:

Wero will not send you an email or contact you over the phone to request details of your account or your bank credentials. If you receive a fraudulent email or message impersonating Wero, please reach out to your bank.
