Make sure you've given Wero permission to access your contact list in your phone' settings. If you are using Wero on a device running iOS 18 or later, you may allow the app partial or full access to your contacts. You can configure the settings to suit your needs as described below:
Settings > Apps > Wero > Contacts > select Limited Access. This allows you to select certain contacts instead of allowing Wero access to all contacts. If the selected contacts have Wero set up, they'll appear as Wero contacts in the Wero app.
Settings > Apps > Wero > Contacts > select Full Access. This allows Wero to access all contacts. Contacts that have Wero set up, will appear as Wero contacts in the Wero app.
Keep in mind that only contacts that have Wero set up, will appear as Wero contacts in the Wero app
Former Paylib users: Wero is being progressively rolled out to all Paylib users. This means that some people do not have access to Wero yet, therefore you will not be able to send money to them yet through Wero. As soon as the rollout is complete to all former Paylib users and Wero has been activated by them, you will be able to send them money via Wero.
