If you cannot find a contact in Wero, first make sure you've given Wero or your banking app permission to access your contact list. You can do this via your phone's settings. If you are using Wero on a device running iOS 18 or a later version, you can allow the app to access your contacts either partially (Settings > Apps > Wero > Contacts > select Limited Access) or fully (select Full Access).

Only contacts who have created an account on Wero will appear in your contact list. Make sure your contact has accepted Wero's terms of use and that the phone number or email provided matches the one your contact has registered.

Your contacts cannot find you? Make sure you have added your phone number in Wero: click on Accounts, select your account using the arrow in the top right corner and click on the three dots: you can add or remove a phone number.
