How do you handle accessibility compliance?

Through Wero, the European Payments Initiative (EPI) is committed to providing a mobile application and a website that are accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 (European Accessibility Act).

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility and usability of our digital services.

This statement applies to:
• The Wero mobile application (on iOS and Android)

The Wero public website has been audited by Ferpection in accordance with the RAWeb 1 accessibility standard. The resulting certification, including identified non-conformities and compliance levels, is available on the website.

The Wero mobile application is currently undergoing an accessibility audit based on the RAAM 1.1 standard. The results, including compliance levels and any identified non-conformities, will be published once the audit has been completed.

To meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act, our objective is to achieve WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA conformance across our services.
