I am not receiving the SMS to verify my phone number

  1. First, check that your phone number is correctly entered in the app:

    • Select the correct country code for your mobile number.

    • Then verify that the phone number itself is correct.
      Example: +33612345678

  2. If the number is correct, wait for the end of the countdown, then request a new verification code.

  3. If you still don’t receive an SMS:

    • Close the Wero app completely and open it again.

    • Request a new code.

    • Note the exact date and time when you requested it.

  4. Finally, contact Wero Support and share this date and time so they can investigate the issue.
