First, check that your phone number is correctly entered in the app:
Select the correct country code for your mobile number.
Then verify that the phone number itself is correct.
Example: +33612345678
If the number is correct, wait for the end of the countdown, then request a new verification code.
If you still don’t receive an SMS:
Close the Wero app completely and open it again.
Request a new code.
Note the exact date and time when you requested it.
Finally, contact Wero Support and share this date and time so they can investigate the issue.
