Wero support is available only through our in-app chat or FAQ chatbot. We will never contact you outside these chats, or ask you to provide your bank details, phone number, e-mail address or PIN online.
If you have entered personal or banking details on a fake website pretending to be Wero, or shared this information over the phone with someone claiming to be from Wero, contact your bank immediately. They can help secure your account and prevent further misuse.
To block your Wero account and report fraud to us, type “Report fraud” in the chat, choose “I want to report a scam or fake Wero website”, and follow the on-screen steps.
