If your payment was not received by the recipient, verify that the payment details — such as the phone number or email address and name — exactly match those of the person you want to pay. Even a small typo can send the payment to the wrong account.
 

💡 Tip: Ask the recipient to check all their bank accounts. Payments are credited to the account linked to the phone number or email address you entered when sending the payment. If they have accounts with multiple banks, it’s possible your money went to a different account than expected.
