Once the merchant has accepted your request for a refund, they will initiate the refund payout. If you have an issue with an online Wero payment, tap the 3 dots (…) at the top right of your screen in the details of the payment. Then select Report a problem, tap I'm still waiting for a refund and we’ll take it from there.
Most issues are resolved faster when you contact the merchant directly. If you report the problem in your Wero app, the process may take longer.
