The online merchant has agreed to the refund, but it has not been paid out yet.

Once the merchant has accepted your request for a refund, they will initiate the refund payout. If you have an issue with an online Wero payment, tap the 3 dots (…) at the top right of your screen in the details of the payment. Then select Report a problem, tap I'm still waiting for a refund and we’ll take it from there.

:bulb:Most issues are resolved faster when you contact the merchant directly. If you report the problem in your Wero app, the process may take longer.
