If you would like to request a refund for an order paid with Wero, you should first contact the merchant's consumer support directly to find a solution.
If the merchant approves your request and processes the refund, the amount will be credited back to the bank account you used to pay with Wero.
If the merchant refuses your claim or doesn’t resolve the issue, you can then report the issue through Wero by tapping the 3 dots (…) at the top right of your screen in the details of the payment. Then select Report a problem.
Most issues are resolved faster when you contact the merchant directly. If you report the problem through your Wero app, the process may take longer.
