How can I accept or decline a resolution from a merchant?

Once you have reported a problem for an order or an online payment, the merchant can offer a resolution. It will appear within the same portal you reported a problem with a payment. You have seven days to tap the Accept or Decline button. If you don’t provide an answer within this time, your request will be automatically closed. 

:bulb:Most issues are resolved faster when you contact the merchant directly. If you report the problem in your Wero app, the process may take longer.
